Best place for Web Development Tutorials

I have a long but disjointed history of creating websites. My first website was a fansite for Super Smash Bros. Melee; a video game I was addicted to playing. This was coded in HTML using mostly web tutorials in a pre-Youtube world. Between 2002 and 2008 I built quite a few websites for fun and for clients – honing my skills more with CSS and Javascript. Then for whatever reason I lost interest, got distracted and started to lean more to blogging where I had started to gain more success.

Rejuvenated IT career

Fast forward a few more years I started started my degree program in IT and low and behold web development became a necessary hurdle for me to jump over. The nostalgia of working with HTML, CSS etc again reignited by interest in web development. The stars aligned and I landed a Webmaster job at a government agency which had me working with web technologies daily. Continue reading
